Unlisted Assets · the private gallery for off-market homes

The properties the world never sees.

Scroll

Catalogued. Sealed. Away from the world’s gaze.

Revealed only to the invited.

Manifesto

An exceptional home
is never published.
It is entrusted.

The houses that matter do not belong on public portals, nor in a search engine’s cache. What is exposed gets debated and depreciated; what is entrusted stays whole. Unlisted Assets removes your properties from the world’s view — without removing them from the market.

The reading room

What your buyer sees.

No attachment, no PDF left lying in an inbox. A room that opens in their name, for a time you decide, and closes behind them.

A look at the reading room

Watermark burnt into the image

The recipient’s name and copy number are written into the pixels as the photo is served. There is no path to a bare image.

Veiled photographs

Optionally, photographs stay blurred until the eye rests on them. A sealed file is not skimmed at a glance.

A reading time

Every viewing is timed. The countdown runs on the server’s clock: closing the tab does not reset it.

The screen veils itself

The moment the window falls into the background, the file vanishes behind an opaque veil. A background window capture collects nothing else.

Copying and printing neutralised

Right-click, drag and drop, selection, printing, save shortcuts: blocked where possible, logged in every case.

A numbered copy

Like a fine art print, every invitation carries its number. No two buyers ever receive the same copy.

Intelligence

What a file tells you.

Knowing a link was opened is worth nothing. Knowing they came back three times, lingered eleven seconds on the sea view and read the file to the very end: that is a call to make today rather than in three weeks.

Illustration — the index is computed from the first viewing.

Time spent on each photograph

Photo by photo, to the second. Only time when the image is genuinely sharp and on screen counts — a forgotten background tab inflates nothing.

The interest index

Return visits, duration, reading depth, attention paid to the photographs: a single reading, from “follow up” to “red hot”, legible at a glance.

Reading depth

How far down the file they went, as a percentage. A buyer who stops at the third photograph is not handled like one who reaches the end.

What holds their attention

Time splits between photographs, description, specifications and location. You know what interests them before you pick up the phone.

Live presence

When a buyer is in the room, their invitation lights up in your space. The figures update while they read.

The timeline, gesture by gesture

Every viewing unfolds: entry, photographs opened full screen, copy attempts, exits. The delay between your sending and the first opening, too.

The principle

Seal. Invite. Trace.

01

Seal

Catalogue the property in your private space — photographs, file, price. Nothing public, nothing indexed; no search engine knows it exists.

02

Invite

One named link per buyer, and you hold every key: a six-digit code, a lock on their email address, a single admitted device, a validity period, a reading duration, a capped number of openings, a confidentiality undertaking to sign, and the price and exact address you choose to show or hide.

03

Trace

Every viewing is identified, timed and logged. The register remembers who saw what, when and for how long — and warns you at the first capture attempt.

Confidentiality

Honest confidentiality.

Named access

Each link is addressed to one person and protected by a six-digit code that travels by another channel. Link token and code are kept only as fingerprints: a database leak opens no door.

A single device

The first device to open becomes the only one admitted. Link and code passed to a third party yield nothing — and the refusal is reported to you. You can reopen access if your buyer changes phone.

Expiry & revocation

You set the invitation’s lifetime, the length of a viewing and the number of openings. Everything expires on its own. In doubt: revoke, and the viewing in progress is cut short.

Traceable watermark

The reader’s name and the date are burnt into every photograph served, and a weave bearing their name covers the screen. A leaked image carries the signature of the person it was entrusted to.

Immutable register

Entries, refusals, attempted captures, revocations: all written to a register nobody rewrites, not even you. Should a dispute arise, you hold dated proof.

European, tracker-free

Served from Paris, data hosted in Ireland: the European Union end to end. No ad network, no audience measurement, no third-party cookies — the only cookies set are the ones that make your session work. Your data is neither sold nor shared.

No system prevents a screenshot — beware of anyone who promises it. On macOS the shortcut is intercepted by the operating system before the page ever sees it. Our stance is the opposite: make sure no capture is ever anonymous. The name of whoever is looking is already in the image.
